Confluence Apartments in Three Springs offers a pet-friendly experience, living in a scenic Durango neighborhood. Decently spacious one- and two-bedroom units with abundant natural light. The community is well-maintained, featuring amenities like hiking and biking trails, playgrounds, barbecue areas, and a resident lounge (that isn’t the best, and you have to rent as well?)... The location is far from downtown. However is close to Mercy Hospital, and some local dining options. the overall... experience is positive, however everything is overpriced in Durango, this place would not be worth the price anywhere else..

Not too far from town close to the hospital and also has the best areas to walk and ride your bike

I’ve really enjoyed living at Three Springs in Durango. The neighborhood is clean, quiet, and safe, and the views of the mountains are incredible. It’s close to hiking trails, the hospital, and the shops and restaurants nearby. The apartments are modern and well-maintained, and the management has been responsive whenever I’ve needed help. Parking is easy and the community feels very welcoming. It’s a great place for students, professionals, or families looking for a peaceful place to live in... Durango. Highly recommend!
