Applicant has the right to provide the property manager or owner with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in § 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides the property manager or owner with a PTSR, the property manager or owner is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for the property manager or owner to access or use the PTSR.
This two-bedroom, one bathroom corner lot house has bonus space in a semi-finished basement, as well as a large fenced backyard (with gardening opportunities).... Two off-street parking spaces are available next to the storage shed - all to be used by tenants. Washer/dryer in basement. Tenants pay for W/S/T, gas, and electric. No garage, no students, no smokers. One dog will be considered on a case-by-case basis with a $300 pet deposit plus $35/month pet rent. No cats. Video tour available on our website.

The first step is to schedule a showing. We require applicants to see the property in person, with only a few exceptions that allow proxies or virtual tours. Once you have seen the property, please submit one application and application fee for each adult who will be a tenant. Children under 18 do not need to apply. The application fee is payable in-person (cash or check) or via an online application link provided after your showing. If you need to drop off anything after hours, utilize the drop box outside the office - just make sure to label payments with your name. Once we have ALL applications and fees from your party, we will process them and let you know whether you are approved.
