Terrible Business practices

I set up an appointment with property management to tour the apartment, then drove an hour to the property but property management was a no-show. They did not respond to calls or texts about an estimated time of arrival and still haven't as of yet. Just bad business practices and I feel bad for anyone who has to deal with this company more than once.

I am 23 years old, this is my first apartment and am currently a resident of Pearl st. apartments in Englewood Colorado and am fed up. I am currently trying to contact the Housing Authority due to the cockroach infestation, lack of smoke detection / fire alarms / fire extinguishers and poor maintenance and office management. I never thought my first experience on my own would be like this. I recently came home with a demand for compliance or possession or compliance notice on my door stating… that I did not pay this months rent witch I have the money order receipts for. Please whatever you do, do not rent from shockcor leasing company.
