Property is great, but maintenance is absolutely perfect.
Johnathan in maintenance is one of the most professional, kind, and capable all-around handyman/fixer-upper's I've ever worked with. When working with his team, they are also awesome, but he, specifically is always willing to talk about a problem before applying a solution if you want, or just able to come in and fix the problem, if that's what you'd prefer. He's helped with plumbing, windows, light carpentry, and painting. He's helped with all of this while working with me on dealing with my... super aggressive cat. Just want to say how much I value this guy. 10/10.

Hidden Gem of a Place to call home.
My husband and I can’t recommend living here enough. It’s a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with a very warm, welcoming environment. It’s close to great food, groceries and there are beautiful areas to walk. The layout of the townhomes are beautiful and we love having a garage. The office staff is professional, caring, and kind. You are immediately greeted with care, while you tour the beautiful layouts. There are many options to choose from for what works best ranging from one to three bedrooms.... They are clean, spacious, and we plan to spend years here. I would recommend anyone to live here. Don’t pass up this property if you’re looking for the perfect place in Erie, where you can easily see the beautiful mountains in the distance. The landscaping is gorgeous, and schools if you have children are so close to accommodate your needs. You’ll love your experience if you decide to live here. They are caring to your needs and maintenance is great at responding. Will has went above and beyond, along with the office staff to ensure we have a wonderful living experience here. They even gift you a welcome bag with a card personalized to you and your family when you move in. Hurry and rent today before they fill up. Shannon and Ashley in the office are warm, welcoming, and beyond wonderful!!!

Super Cute Community!
These townhome-style apartments offer a uniqueness that I haven’t experienced elsewhere. The layouts, finishes, and views are excellent! The leasing office staff and property managers are receptive, responsive, kind, patient, and prompt. It’s apparently that they genuinely care. The maintenance team is also top notch!
