Gateway North

I’ve had a great experience with Gateway North Apartments. The staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable, and they’re always willing to answer questions and help however they can. The property is well-maintained, clean, and has a great atmosphere that makes it feel like home. One of the best parts is the location—there are plenty of restaurants, shopping centers, parks, and other conveniences just minutes away. I would definitely recommend Gateway North Apartments to anyone looking… for a friendly community and a great place to live

Love it here!!!

I’ve lived here for about 3 years now and I absolutely love it. The size of my one bedroom is perfect for me and my German shepherd, the staff is friendly and the location is great. I would recommend place to anyone looking

I love it

I’ve really enjoyed living at Gateway North Apartments. The community is well-maintained, and the grounds are kept clean. The office staff has always been friendly, responsive, and willing to answer questions or help whenever needed. Maintenance requests have been handled quickly, and the team has been professional and courteous.The location is another big plus—it’s convenient to shopping, restaurants, and major roads while still feeling like a quiet community. I also appreciate how peaceful the… property is and that management works to keep the community looking nice.Overall, it’s been a great place to live, and I’d recommend Gateway North Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed apartment community.

Terrible place to live

This apartment complex needs to take a hard look at why it gets such poor reviews and do some internal management adjustments. Poor quality of living, poor parking situation, unfair move out assessment to keep more of your deposit without taking into account actual wear and tear. DO NOT RENT HERE! There are better options who actually value their tenants.
