I'm sub-letting my office space starting May 11 when I go out on maternity leave. I've been in this space for about 5 years now working as... a therapist and I love it so much! It has a huge window with incredible natural light, a nice waiting area and newly updated kitchenette right outside the door, and very quiet neighbors (most of the offices in my alcove are also therapists). The office is right downtown off the plaza in Old Town Suites, which is a long string of offices above all the shops and restaurants. My office looks out over Walnut Street.

I'm looking for a sub-lettor who wants the space at least 3 days per week for the foreseeable future. I will be coming back to the office two days per week starting September 1 and am ideally looking for someone I can share the space with long-term.

Things to know about me: I'm an LCSW with 10+ years in practice and 5 years in private practice in this office space. I'm very neat/clean and I care a lot about how my environment feels so I've put some good love into making this space feel great. It comes fully furnished and ready to use!
