Affinity at Fort Collins 55+

The staff is always around when I need them. I appreciate the speed that the team works especially the maintenance team! I really enjoy the events, the gardening group is active and fun to be a part of. If I ever feel the need for a glass of wine, I join my neighbors for our weekly happy hour. I look forward to a long future at Affinity at Fort Collins.

Every member of the staff here is always willing to answer questions and assist us in any way that they can. My partner and I moved in last Fall. Jonathan, Annabelle and Kai made the process as easy and stress free as possible. Any maintenance issues are taken care of almost before we finish submitting them!
There are so many wonderful activities to choose from. We especially enjoyed the CSU Dance students who have shared with us their performances twice so far and taught us to join in as well… . We also enjoyed the Game Show that got everyone singing and dancing. Paint and Sip has become a favorite of ours too. The people who live here are all thpughtful andwelcoming. Read More
