The management and maintenance staff at Courtney Park are responsive and quick to resolve my issues. The property is quiet, with plenty of parking, and they are very pet friendly. The location is great - within walking distance of many shopping and eating options. While the complex is older, management is working hard on upgrades, and the buildings seem well cared for. I am enjoying my time as a resident here and would recommend this property to others.

I'm very happy with my home at Courtney Park. The office is friendly and responsive to requests. Its a lovely area with great amenities. I'm looking forward to using the pool and exercise room.

It's been great, they're slightly aged apartments but everything is or has been upgraded, or if somethings wrong it's fixed immediately/replaced.
