This is such a friendly place with residents of all ages. Management is pro-active. The location couldn't be better. I even talked my best friend into moving across the courtyard from me!

The transition to new management may have been painful ie; jack hammers, tree removal, billing,
But the results & improvements have been great!

Save Yourself from This Migraine-inducing Complex

Everything about this place sucks management/staff, the units, maintenance, complex upkeep, and more. I was never treated with respect or kindness, the maintenance request took forever to get done (with many follow-ups from me included), and they were almost never correctly done; the utility bill was often all over the place (not consistent and often rose unexpectedly and without explanation), and so many other things. Please, please, please reconsider your decision to live here. There are... better options out there. This one caused so much stress and anxiety. We would have saved ourselves a huge headache if we picked another complex.
