ReNew Foothills in Fort Collins has a great location near CSU, parks, and shopping, plus it’s pet-friendly with nice amenities like a gym, hot tub, and in-unit laundry. Many residents praise the friendly staff and quick maintenance. Downsides include thin walls, noise, older buildings with mixed updates, and rent that some feel is high for the value. It’s best suited for those who prioritize location and community over modern finishes and absolute quiet.

I had to move in to a dirty apartment. Management doesn’t care. They didn’t offer a solution or take ownership of their error. Now I have to submit a work order for tasks that should have been completed before I moved in.
