What a cute little town, and this downtown home is a block away from restaurants, the post office, hair salons, etc. The brand new King Soopers Marketplace is... within walking distance. Oh, and you're also right on the parade route (there's a few each year).

This house comes furnished, and functions as an Airbnb in between longer lease contracts (I prefer 3-12+ month contracts with a 3-month review). The interior is ready to go; it already has everything you may need, and I can remove and store things you don't need. Storage is limited, unless there's only 1-2 people, then you can put things in the extra rooms. Electricity and gas aren't included, but that's on purpose; there should be incentives to use energy sparingly. Fortunately, it's a small home with high ceilings, so the bills are small! I'm also growing trees and working on designs to make the house fully energy passive.

The yard was and is currently being converted into a garden (you don't have to do any work). I'll take care of all landscaping and snow shoveling. In fact, I live in the house behind this one, so it's easy. I'm also really handy, so I'm the maintenance crew as well.

There are no shared living or walking spaces, and you'll see the neighbors more than you'll see me. I'm a quiet and busy guy. About me: scientist, engineer, writer, and fitness enthusiast. I like riding a bike to work, I go backpacking whenever I can, and I read a lot. I'm often at the library (within bike-riding distance—Carbon Valley Public Library).
