Lived here for 2.5 years and were some of the first tenants. The staff was always fantastic - nice, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping resolve any issues. The location is perfect, gym is nice, and community spaces are large. Move-in and move-out were both painless and easy.

Aurum at Golden is a great place to live! Wonderful staff, friendly residents, enjoyable activities and many amenities including community kitchen areas, lounging areas, balconies and patio area with grills.

The building was nice. It was a pretty space and the events that they hosted every month were cute. We never had any trouble with the utilities or amenities, although the communal kitchen always seemed to be missing exactly what you were looking for. However, the management has their head in the clouds. We specifically asked for a short term lease, were told we could get one, and had to remind them at least three times during the leasing process that we only wanted five months. Even the write-up... of the contract said six, but charged at the five month rate! Also, do NOT forget to provide notice of your move-out. If you do not tell them explicitly at least two months before your move-out that you are in fact moving out, they will charge you more for whatever two months after your notice is (instead of assuming you'll move out after five months like you'd told them three times). But at the end of the day, if you're willing to be diligent enough to make sure management does their job, it's a nice place to live.
