REQUIRED AND CONDITIONAL CHARGES
Application Fee: $50 per applicant. The application fee is nonrefundable unless otherwise required by Colorado law.

Renters Insurance: Renters insurance is required throughout the tenancy. Residents may obtain coverage from the insurance provider of their choice.
