A good college choice
Situated about 10 minutes from the CMU campus, with easy access to gas and groceries. Unlike many of the other nearby apartments, it is set back from the street with plenty of parking. There is onsite laundry, the grounds are well maintained and the onsite manager is friendly and responds quickly to issues. Highly suggested as a good alternative to campus housing.

Older but nice
I have lived here for over 8 years and the apartments are spacious and nicely laid out. Small complex maybe 30 units, well maintained. I have an upstairs unit which is bi level inside, 2 bedrooms and bath on 2nd floor, large living room with balcony on first floor.
