If you’re considering living at Creekstone Apartments in Greeley, here’s what you should know:

I lived at Creekstone for 6 years and faced consistent issues, including leaking water heaters, inconsistent hot water, heating problems, and possible mold after water damage. Management did not conduct mold testing or remediation. We moved out two months early due to health concerns, but were charged for the full lease term without proof they tried to re-rent the unit.

The grounds were often poorly maintained with dog waste and no enforcement of leash laws. The pool was frequently closed.… Proceed with caution and document everything.

Awesome apartment!

Great apartments. Very private and quiet, don’t hear your neighbors. Great location in west greeley, conveniently located next to supermarket.

flooding in apt.

I been getting flooding so many times sick of living here dealing with floods and sink back up so many times. Do not live here

We apologize for inconveniences that occur and would be happy to discuss with you more specifically this situation. Please come to the leasing office to talk with your Manager. It is true that there was a flood of a 1st floor apt. that the upper… neighbor ran the water in their sink and forgot it and fell asleep. Another, was from a water heater that gave way. In both situations we acted promptly. We are not sure if it was one of these situations or something we are not aware, which is why we encourage you to talk with our Manager.

A great place to live??

I have found Creekstone to be a lovely, quiet place to live with plenty of amenities and a helpful staff. The grounds are meticulously maintained and kept clean especially the pool, fitness center and laundry room. Rent is a bit expensive and the contract is more strict than most complexes, but it is worth it to live somewhere that is taken care of so well. Smack in the middle of Greeley, you are just a few minutes drive from anywhere you'd like to go and there is plenty of shopping near by.
