I lived there about 2 years and loved living there. The manager Ashley is amazing and responsive to any issues on the property.

This is my first place to ever rent an apartment and I like it. You will always experience noises but that's to be expected when you rent an apartment, but it's not bad here. It's the only place that would allow our big dogs. We live in one of the new units without carpet in the living room, which is ideal for pet families. Everything was new and clean when we moved in, the only issue we've had is the washing machine leaked once, but someone came and looked at it the same day, and it's been fine… ever since. Parking is fine in the newer unit buildings unlike everyone else's comment's. I enjoy being able to walk across the street to the Tavern or the coffee shop. Maintenance is good at emptying the dog stands and I rarely see trash and if I do, I pick it up and put it in the dumpster, no need to be trashy just because you have maintenance on site. The property manger is friendly and makes you feel right at home. I wish it came with a gym and pool like most apartments at this price, but it does have a big nice grill area with granite counters and pizza oven. However, it would be even better it you didn't have to request a key to use it. I'm generally happy to live here so far and the location is perfect, specially if you're new to the area. Although the rent price is high, utilities are fair considering our AC was pretty much constantly running through July. If you' renting a one bedroom and need to rent a storage/garage, you'd be better off with a two bedroom for almost the same price, the one bedroom units has very little storage space, so if you're downsizing from a house, be ready to get rid of stuff.
