LOUD
Honestly, this apartment complex attracts the college party kids. Every day and night someone is blasting loud rap music and kids are yelling and drinking and smoking pot. I have lost count the number of times I have called the cops on a party that has gone out of control. Management doesn't seem to care that much. On a side note, people never clean up after their dogs. The actual apartments are really nice though.
