Belle Creek Apartments

Building is falling apart inside and out. Stairs are dangerously slippery even with just flurries. The apartment was not thoroughly cleaned prior to us moving in. Appliances were broken. Just plain bad.

I live alone and the one bedroom is a perfect size for me; some people may need more space, but the kitchen is good sized & comfortable with a new fridge and dish washer, the laundry closet is great for extra storage. I have more closet space in the bedroom than I need. It is an apartment complex so you don't control your neighbors, but everyone I've encountered is friendly or at least polite. Management is great at communication; maintenance is fast and leaves a note if you're not there, no… pests - I don't think I've even seen a spider. Cute neighborhood. Amazon Hub for deliveries. I pay way to much for a 1 bedroom apartment that is falling apart! The kitchen and bathroom sink cabinets are warped from water damage from leaks that have never been fixed! I’ve called maintenance 9 times at least to fix it and it’s still not fixed! The water gets really cold every time I’m in the shower and then gets scorching hot. All over the grounds here there is trash and dog crap. Also, I’ve reported my upstairs neighbors for noise disturbance and they do NOTHING! They even threw a… suitcase over the railing and could have killed me and my daughter and they still live here! My daughter and I were standing out front waiting for my husband and twice got attack by a German Shepard off leash and the management does NOTHING!!!!! They have a nice gym here to and guess what?? I would never recommend one signs a lease with Belle Creek. The apartments are small and in need of repairs. The maintenance staff is not 24 hours unless you tell them there is a gas leak. Paint is chipping and the stairs are rusted and cracked. They wrongfully charge you late fees and claim they’ll waive them, but charge you anyway. The office staff says one thing over the phone, but does differently in person. Overall, poor customer satisfaction, and needs new management.
