A portable air conditioning unit is available in the living room with the power to cool most of the apartment, and a fan is available in the bedroom. There is a smart TV with YouTube TV providing hundreds of local and cable channels, and Netflix in the living room and bedroom. Starter supplies are provided of paper goods, cleaning, cooking items, and toiletries, and guests are responsible for additional supplies if the provided starter supplies run out. Onsite washing machine and dryer are available and are coin-operated.
Free onsite parking is available for 1 vehicle in a parking lot directly in front of the building, and additional vehicles can utilize the free street parking available surrounding the building. Optional mid-stay cleanings are available throughout your stay for a discounted rate.
