Management lives at the complex and allows it to be in terrible living conditions. There’s no security when they claim there is, they have never cleaned the entrance ways in over a year of being there, and they have filled trash cans and dog poop everywhere. This place is by far the worst I’ve ever lived.

We scheduled a tour online and when we showed up there was nobody in a wide open leasing office. Anyone could have walked into the open offices. We waited for half an hour before anyone showed up and when she did, she wasn’t prepared to give a tour. I received 5 texts and emails about our appointment and to be there on time while the people “running” the place were not prepared. She then told us prices change each day so couldn’t give us an accurate range of how much we might pay for rent. She... said she didn’t know where the keys were to the floor plan we wanted to tour so we left early. Waste of time.

never trust security properties!
Absolute trash company Lived at a property for 3 years . Very minimal issues that got quickly resolved. These clowns takeover mid summer and immediately they drove it in the ground. " Misplaced $700 of my partial rent check, had to get that figured out, they never answer the phones , had to constantly walk in the office while the girls were chatting ignoring calls, they completely forgot about my inspection the morning of...so after 15 minutes of them leaving me there with no show..i had to... walk down and remind them as i got an attitude from trinity. To top everything off.. in keeping with their tradition of negligence and inadequacies.. they tried to tack erroneous utility money they claimed i owed on to my final bill. Money i clearly paid each month and is documentated. With no real explanation they didnt want to once again just admit wrongdoing. .instead took the cheap , lowlife route of blaming a 3rd party billing system. They are in no way equipped to handle finances or any luxury property and soon theyll be opening their books to the BBB because there is zero accountability or mitigation, instead they try to ruin my near perfect payment history with their incompetence. If you have any dealings with them, save every single receipt, you're gonna need em !

Thank you for your post. In reviewing your feedback online, the Summit Riverside team can confirm that they were not made aware of a situation with a $700 misplaced check, as this was not mentioned in any conversations with the office.... Additionally, for the final utility bill, utilities are billed in arrears so this final bill catches the account up and allows it to be closed out. In the signed lease agreement, there is a utility addendum that also goes over this and the team can also print out the resident ledger.

This place is disgusting and not clean... I wouldn't live here if it was the last place on earth.... These are not luxury apartments they are low-end that are not taken care of.

FYI
I have a balance here after moving out. Trying to get it paid has been a miserable experience as the collections agency refers me to the apartments and the apartments refer me back to the collections agency. Never had so much trouble trying to pay a bill.
FYI - this complex is directly next door to the city dump and in the summertime you WILL smell it.
