Centennial Park Apartments

All three current office staff are so rude, immature, lazy, play video games in their offices, never follow through with tenant concerns or issues, never have answers for anything, they makeup lies as they go, don't respect tenants & talk badly about them. As tenants, we have to constantly followup for several weeks just to get the simplest of issues resolved. They don't care about the property itself because there's trash everywhere, they are rude & inconsiderate to tenants, they never get... things done & the worst office staff to step foot into that office. They hide so much from Corporate & the Investors, they lack so much communication with us tenants, keeping us in the dark about everything. A couple weeks ago we had fire inspections & the office never let tenants know so when we jumped out of our beds from the activated fire alarms, we ran outside for our lives & it was only inspections & not an active fire. The office didn't even bother to let us know about this or anything else. The only thing that may help is just getting new competent, caring, friendly staff that actually respect tenants & complete their job duties. This place is turning into a dumpster fire quickly. Instead of helping find solutions to problems with tenants, they just tell us to move out if we don't like it. Childish, rude, demeaning, lazy & stubborn Employees don't deserve to even work here. This place is great until something goes wrong, and then it's a living nightmare. Here are the bullet points.
1)Our upstairs neighbor's apartment flooded into ours on 12/23/2020.
2)The property manager, Sarah, didn't want to put us up in a hotel, so she offered us one of their empty apartments.
3) As we were let into the offered apartment we were informed that the heat and hot water weren't working, but they would be fixed soon.
4) 3 weeks of no heat or hot water in an empty, top-story, 3... bedroom 2 bath apartment with our 2 kids. We were provided with one little space heater to heat the whole place.
5)We had to fight for a discount on our rent, and ended up only getting half of our rent off for the 3 weeks without heat or hot water.
6) When I expressed concern that our lease would be up at the end of February and we didn't even know if we would be back in our apartment by then, Sarah LAUGHED at me, and said: "You will definitely be back in before the end of February."
7) End of February came and went, and we still weren't back in our apartment. I informed them that we wouldn't be paying rent or signing a new lease until they got us back into our home.
8)We got back into our apartment towards the end of the day on March 20th. Almost 3 months to fix our apartment. Nothing was worked on in our apartment until the last month of that time.
9)We haven't been able to move everything back over because we had almost no notice that we would finally be getting our apartment back, and I had to work over the weekend. And we didn't want to move everything back in yet, because our whole apartment is covered in drywall dust that is making all of us cough like crazy. We tried washing our clothes to get the drywall dust off, and the washer and dryer seem to be full of drywall dust too, so that's not working.
10)It's now March 24. We were informed this morning that the other apartment has a new tenant lined up to move in on Friday, and it needs to be inspected tomorrow, so we needed to be out by then. Apparently, they've known this for weeks but didn't think they needed to mention it to us that we would only get one weekend day and 2 weekdays to move all of our stuff over.
11)While we were trying to explain that it's not ok for them to treat us this way Sarah decided to inform us that we have to fill out our releasing agreement since it should have been done a long time ago and she "technically could have kicked us out by now." Read More

What a wonderful place to live. We are very happy to call this place home. These apartments are gorgeous, energy efficient, and within walking distance to just about everything needed. The staff here as a whole have gone above and beyond to accommodate our family. The front office staff and management have truly exceeded our expectations, and handle all issues with the utmost professionalism. Kristin and Sarah are the best management duo Highland Property Management Inc can employ. But, the true... gratification should be awarded to the phenomenal maintenance team. This maintenance team is like no other, personable, punctual, and professional. These gentlemen are extremely knowledgeable and go out of their way for the residents that reside here. This is our first apartment where we enjoy having maintenance over for routine checks. With new apartment complexes it is expected to have some issues with the functionality of some appliances, or plumbing, or even other residents, but this team at Centennial Park Apartments handles everything efficiently. It is no wonder there is a wait list. The only downfall to these apartments is the banning of grills. Thankfully there is a large community grill that the staff keeps clean and well maintained. My husband and I have been corresponding with the people in this leasing office over the past several weeks, and we've been very impressed with how quickly they get back to us, and with their efficiency and professionalism.

I am trying to to reach the company for lease from last one month, they don't respond to email nor do they respond to call. Advice to Admin, if you don't want to respond than let your customer know so i can they can move to something else. Really worst experience.
