Amazing Walkability!
Living at the apartments at 2025 Ionosphere St in Longmont has been an absolutely fantastic experience. The biggest standout is the unbeatable location right in the heart of the Prospect neighborhood—it’s one of the most walkable and thoughtfully designed communities I’ve ever lived in!
Everything you need is truly just steps away. You can walk out your door and within minutes be at a coffee shop, local restaurants, small boutiques, or even wellness and service businesses. The neighborhood is... designed with a “main street” feel, so it actually encourages walking instead of driving, which is rare to find in Colorado. It makes everyday life incredibly convenient and enjoyable.
What really makes Prospect special is the sense of community. There are frequent events like food truck gatherings, bike races, and live music that bring people together and give the area a lively, social atmosphere. It feels less like a typical apartment complex and more like a small town where everything is connected.
The apartments themselves are just as impressive—modern finishes, tons of natural light, and great views of the Front Range. Being located above a locally owned and operated business adds to the charm and convenience, while still feeling peaceful and well-designed for residential living.
If you’re looking for a place where you can truly live, work, and relax without constantly needing your car, this is it. Prospect nails the balance of walkability, local business charm, and community energy. Highly recommend!

LOVE THIS NEIGHBORHOOD
This is such an amazing neighborhood. Clean, upscale, with cute coffee shops, restaurants, boutique shops, and book stores. Also a very friendly / safe area to walk. Great parks and super cool homes!
