The second room/office is 11' x 7.5' and does not have a closet. There's a private deck for you just outside your front door. Plenty of street parking is available, as well as a dedicated off-street spot for 1-2 vehicles next to the house, accessed by the alley.

Rent is $2300/month, including all utilities except internet. A background check is required for each tenant, and this is paid for by the applicant (about $40/person). You must have good credit and your income must be at least 2x the monthly rent. $1000 deposit plus first month's rent due prior to move in, at time of signing the lease. Proof of renter's insurance required. Lease terms are flexible but ideally we're looking for a 6-12 month lease. Pets are negotiable with an additional $500 deposit (there is no fenced yard). No smoking of any kind on the property.
