Bristol Pointe Apartments

Bristol Point Apartments welcomed me to their community since the first day I walked through the door. The entire staff is exceptional and maintenance is always there when you need them. I have even had to call in the middle of the night and they show up with smiles on their faces making sure I'm well taken care of. My apartment is comfortable, quiet and the decor is high end. Fun place to live. I think its telling when many families with small children choose this as a place to live. Safe, quiet, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Periodic apartment wide activities, year round hot tub, play ground for kiddos and nice open green spaces. I really don't have a lot of complaints. All apartments have issues but those issues are dealt with in a manner that is as quick as humanly possible. I had my AC go out in July but it was fixed very quickly. I had a dead battery in a… smoke detector and no ladder and they came and fixed it in the middle of the night. Garages have free electricity, but are 90 bucks monthly and are tiny. I was consistently impressed while i lived there, and was very sad to move out of state. Nicest apartment i've had, and top notch care and attention from the staff for the whole 13 months.

I've been at Bristol Pointe for a couple of months now, and I'm very happy with everything so far. Having lived near big universities for the past 7 years in undergraduate-heavy housing, my #1 priority was peace and quiet and so far it's been exactly what I wanted. I can hear my neighbors go in and out but in my building there aren't any issues with loud music /TVs/screaming kids. Very friendly and courteous staff, and the couple of maintenance issues I've had have been resolved quickly (a… repair under warranty from a construction vendor may take a bit longer, but they can't help that and the leasing staff kept me updated). Everything is brand new and energy efficient, so even though the rent seems high (which is normal for decent housing along the Front Range) my utility bills are very reasonable. I LOVE my kitchen. It was built for someone who likes to cook with deep stainless steel sinks you can actually wash big pots and pans in as well as a ton of counter space and pantry and cabinet storage. Residents are permitted to have electric grills and mount TVs and pictures, which I am very grateful for and was prohibited from doing in previous apartments.

Although it's non-smoking (and NO POT thankfully) I've seen residents walk offsite to the boulevard or across the street to smoke. Doesn't bother me as long as I can't smell it or see butts littered everywhere. It would be really convenient to have an online rent payment system (there is no dropbox and you have to hand the leasing staff a paper check but they are open 7 days a week). Other than those two very minor things, I have no issues.
