I was a resident for 5 years, I always paid my rent on time, even through Covid. I had the opportunity to buy a house so unfortunately I had to break my lease 4 mos early. I was hesitant to do so at first but multiple people in the office, including the manager, assured me they would have no issues re-renting the apartment. I left the apartment clean. 2 mos later I received a letter demanding payment in full or they would send it to collections. Attempts to reach someone in the... office were never returned until I physically went in. They assured me they would offer a payment plan and would contact me if that became necessary. 6 mos later I received a call from collections as my first communication. They have been through three leasing managers in less than a year. Their communication is nonexistent and apparently so is any form of organization. As a company they can’t be trusted. I’m embarrassed I referred a friend to them. Just stay away
