    Poor service

    The grounds are beautiful, but since I’ve moved in I’ve had a terrible experience. The water pressure worse than every other building I’ve ever lived in, and the maintenance team has done nothing the address the issue. The leasing office is impossible to get ahold of, they never answer the phone or call back. And the amount of utilities that are required is ridiculous, I am expected to pay a monthly set fee for the leasing office and then a variable fee for their gas and electric usage. For a… building I haven’t even gone into since I signed the lease? At this point I don’t even know what my rent even pays for.
