My experience with this apartment complex has been very disappointing, and I want to share it so others can make informed decisions.

Before signing my lease, I asked the leasing manager, Lorie, and the front desk staff, Melissa, if there were any pest problems. Both assured me there were no infestations. Based on their statements, I signed the lease and moved in—only to discover a severe cockroach infestation shortly after.

This infestation was clearly present before I moved in, and I feel I... was misled about the unit’s condition. When I reported the issue, the leasing office’s response was slow and inadequate. I also requested pest control records multiple times but did not receive them.

Additionally, based on conversations with some neighbors, there appear to be ongoing issues with maintenance and pest control in the building, as well as concerns about how tenants are treated.

Living with this infestation seriously affected my well-being, including sleep difficulties and increased anxiety.

This wasn’t something that just popped up... overnight. It was clearly a problem that existed before I moved in, and I feel I was misled about the true condition of the unit. When I reported it, the leasing office’s response was slow and inadequate. I also asked multiple times for pest control records, but those requests were ignored.

Beyond my own experience, I’ve heard from several neighbors about ongoing issues here: maintenance often fails to fix problems properly, tenants have been treated poorly by leasing staff, and there seem to be repeated deceptions similar to what I went through.

Living with this infestation has seriously affected my life—causing sleep problems, anxiety, and even making it harder for me to focus at work.

If you’re considering moving here, please be very careful. Do your own thorough inspections and be cautious about pest issues. Based on what I’ve seen and heard, I can’t recommend this place.

I have been here five years and never had a pool, there is NO fitness center, the laundry rooms are filthy, office doesn't answer phone, the grounds are terrible!

I love my view of the mountains and the park next door! The staff is always nice and very helpful!
