We hit the jackpot

Apartments are only as good as their management and maintenance teams. We hit the jackpot with this team! Compassionate, professional and humane, their fairness in enforcing policy as well as their care in timely upkeep of repairs leads to a feeling of security. My neighbors are friendly, we all look out for each other but respectful of Eaches privacy as well. We feel welcome and comfortable here. Lainy is one of the best ive interacted with. She has such a kind HEART- #80

Best experience in renting

Management is wonderful and very responsive. They take care of things immediately. Staff works hard to keep grounds clean and it’s very quiet.

Great place!!!

Shelia and Pilar are very welcoming and friendly! The maintenance man Lonnie is nice and prompt to fix any issues. They care about the property!

Mesa Gardens is Home

Friendly staff, and they are quick to fix things when needed. Someone is always cleaning the grounds/community areas. The price is unbelievably affordable and the AC blows ice cold.
