    I would not recommend living here

    For starters we have lived here for 5 years and under several management companies and generally speaking it was okay until this new company took over. Firstly the landscaping has completely gone down hill, our kids can’t even play outside anymore due to broken glass frequently in rocks and in the grass. We can no longer use the pool because it’s not cleaned correctly and for some reason they won’t turn on the heater for the pool. Secondly the maintenance people seem like someone they hired off… Craigslist with no background in plumbing, electrical work etc. thirdly they are advertising as luxury apartments when these are the most dilapidated, run down apartments known to man. They will only show pictures of the very few renovated apartments when the reality is that 90 percent of residents are living in one that’s falling apart. Our kitchen drawers are crumbling and the maintenance person just said oh well, we don’t have another one. Lastly they lack communication skills. Instead of calling or emailing both residents who live here about a package at the office they just sent it back to sender. That’s disgraceful and shows how little they care about residents. If you are looking for an apartment I would strongly encourage you to look elsewhere.
