You are also a fast and easy walk to the Buffalo Mountain trail head and the Lilly Pad Pond trailhead. Not to mention direct trail access from the condo to the Ryan Gulch trail system.

Rent includes all utilities: fast internet, electric, water/sewer, heat (this is significant), Dish Network TV, trash, and snow removal. The included base board heat keeps it plenty warm in the winter, and the cooler temperatures keep it cool in the summer; no need for air conditioning here.
