A washer and dryer are available for your convenience.
Housekeeping can be arranged for an additional fee with advance notice. A gas BBQ grill is available year-round.
Nestled by the Roaring Fork River, this retreat offers stunning mountain views and a private path leading directly to the riverbank. The surrounding area is ideal for families or groups seeking an alpine escape with ample space to spread out.
Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. Each bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. The laundry room provides enough detergent pods for up to two loads. The kitchen includes a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, a sponge, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. Please be aware that bugs and mosquitos are a natural occurrence in Colorado. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A maximum of 12 guests are allowed at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed two per reservation, with up to two cars allowed to park in available parking spaces in front of the home. There are three exterior cameras for safety and privacy. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
