Applicant has the right to provide the property manager or owner with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in § 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides the property manager or owner with a PTSR, the property manager or owner is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for the property manager or owner to access or use the PTSR.

This chalet celebrates its rugged location with massive windows, a wrap-around balcony, and a path down to the Roaring Fork River. The kids will love the home theatre, complete with a popcorn machine.
There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed two per reservation. Up to two cars may park in available parking spaces in front of the home. There are three cameras outside of the house pointing at the keypad on the back door, outside of the garage, and over the front door pointing at the entrance; please do not tamper with the devices, as fines may apply. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. Firearms are not allowed on the property unless kept locked in a vehicle. Check-out time is 10AM, and staying beyond the original scheduled check-out time may incur a fee of up to $300. [SI]
