There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests allowed at any given time is 12. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed two per reservation. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind and no firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Check-out time is 10AM, and staying beyond the scheduled check-out time may incur a fee of up to $300. There are three cameras installed outside of the house, around the outside of the house pointing the keypad on the back door, outside of the garage, and over the front door pointing the entrance.
