The kitchen offers a dedicated space where guests can cook their own meals, supported by a dining table for shared breakfasts and evening dinners. Air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and an indoor fireplace support comfort in changing mountain weather. Washer and dryer access makes longer stays easy.

Set along the Roaring Fork River in Snowmass Village, a private path leads down to the river, creating a peaceful connection to the outdoors. The patio or balcony remains a scenic backdrop to the river and surrounding mountains. The gas BBQ grill and outdoor spaces are available year-round, with the views shifting beautifully with the season.
Self check-in via keypad allows for a smooth arrival. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed two per reservation. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. Check-out time is 10AM. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. Three cameras are installed outside of the house, around the outside of the house pointing the keypad on back door, outside of the garage, and over front door pointing the entrance.
