The Ridgecrest condos are located right above Ski Time Square and Gondola Square. While walking to the base area is possible in the summer, the elevation means an uphill return. Options like Uber, Lyft, or local taxis are recommended for the journey home. The walk to and from the base area includes sections without sidewalks and a steep section, making it not recommended in winter, with children, or for those not in good physical condition. Free parking is available at the Steamboat Ski Resort's Meadow and Knoll lots, which are convenient to the property and the Gondola.
Noise monitoring devices and security cameras exist on the exterior of the property, covering all entrances and exits to ensure security and guest honesty. Violation of the no-smoking policy, which prohibits tobacco, marijuana, vapor devices, incense, or any other material, will result in immediate eviction without refund. Parties or gatherings are prohibited unless written approval is provided prior to booking. Occupancy by more guests than listed in the reservation is strictly prohibited and may result in eviction without refund. Guests are responsible for leaving the home in the same condition as found, with additional housekeeping or maintenance fees applied for abnormal disorder.
