During ski season, a seasonal shuttle provides transport to the Gondola Transit Center, connecting you to escalators for the Gondolas or free city buses for groceries and town exploration. While a car is optional in ski season, it is recommended for exploring state parks, wilderness areas, and national forests in spring, summer, or fall.
This is a non-smoking property. Violation of the smoking policy is cause for immediate termination of the rental, including eviction, without refund, and for retention of any security deposit, plus charges or liability for damages. Occupancy by more than the number of guests listed in the booking is strictly prohibited. Parties, events, and gatherings are strictly prohibited unless written approval has been provided prior to booking. Mid-stay cleanings may also be required for long-term rentals. A "High Occupancy Fee" of $10 per person per night applies for each guest over the standard occupancy of 4 people. Failure to declare the correct group size is a violation of the rental agreement and grounds for immediate termination. Guests are responsible for leaving the property and its contents in the same condition as found, with normal use and wear excepted. Furniture shall not be moved or altered without written approval. Guests are responsible for costs of additional housekeeping or maintenance services, and for loss of future rental income if the home is left in a state of abnormal or excessive disorder. Guests shall inspect the property upon arrival and immediately notify the property owner or manager of any issues or damage. The reserving party is responsible for payment, damage deposit, and all other guest responsibilities. All rental properties are subject to remodeling, redecorating, wear and tear, and upgrades from pictures. Pools and hot tubs may be seasonal and may close for cleaning or maintenance; inquire before booking to confirm availability.
