This is a non-smoking property, and any violation of the smoking policy is cause for immediate eviction without refund. No parties or gatherings are allowed unless written approval has been provided prior to booking. Occupancy by more people than the number of guests declared in the reservation is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate eviction without refund. Noise monitoring devices and security cameras are present on the exterior of the property. Mid-stay cleaning fees may apply for stays longer than one week. All guests are required to sign a rental agreement within 72 hours of booking. Guests may be required to provide additional information or identification documents, and background checks may be performed. A refundable security/damage deposit may be required. Properties are subject to remodeling, redecorating, wear and tear, and upgrades from pictures. The reserving party is responsible for payment, damage deposit, and all other guest responsibilities. Guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises.
