The upper level features a large "Great Room" with quartzite stone floors, 25-foot vaulted ceilings, massive log beams, and panoramic views. The living room includes an oversized fireplace, a large HDTV with surround sound, and luxurious seating for 10. The dining table also seats 10 and has access to the front deck with a natural gas grill. The gourmet kitchen is ideal for entertaining, featuring 2 sinks, a large island with bar seating, double ovens, an ice maker, an extra-large custom refrigerator, and a professional gas range. Downstairs, the Game Room can double as a fifth bedroom and includes a full-size pool table, a wet bar with a wine fridge and mini-fridge, and a home theater system with surround sound. The home is equipped with 3 king-size beds, 2 queen-size beds, and 4 twin beds.
Paid add-ons include discounts on ski and snowboard rentals, and airport shuttles. Parking is available with one space in the heated garage and space for 3-4 additional vehicles outside. Trailers, campers, and RVs are not allowed. A car is recommended, and four-wheel or all-wheel drive may be necessary for access during winter months due to a somewhat steep driveway. These valley views can be enjoyed from 3 of the 4 bedrooms, the Great Room, both decks, and the Game Room. Access to beginner ski trails is about one-third of a mile away, while advanced skiers may be able to ski to within 150 meters of the front door. A car is recommended for convenient access, with parking for 4-5 vehicles. Steamboat's free year-round bus picks up and drops off about 1 mile from the home.
