This is a non-smoking property. Violation of the non-smoking policy is cause for immediate eviction without refund. No parties or gatherings are allowed unless written approval has been provided prior to booking. Occupancy by more than the number of guests listed in the booking is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate eviction without refund. Cancellations resulting from violation or ignorance of House Rules will result in a cancellation processing fee of at least $100. Guests are responsible for reviewing the House Rules prior to booking and signing a rental agreement after booking.
