The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops, slate tile, stainless steel appliances, a gas range, and a new refrigerator with filtered water and an ice maker. For your convenience, there is an in-unit washer/dryer. The condo has been updated with new furniture and lighting throughout. It includes two large master suites, each with a king-size bed, HDTV, closet space, and an en suite bathroom featuring an extra-large Jacuzzi tub, oversized walk-in shower, dual sinks, travertine tile, and solid stone countertops. The third bedroom is equipped with two twin-over-twin bunk beds, perfect for kids or single adults, and a full bathroom is located across the hall. All bedrooms have custom blackout curtains and ceiling fans.

During summer, the base area is ideal for children with Burgess Creek flowing through it, offering splash areas and 'beaches.' The ski area sits on national forest land, providing direct access to hiking and biking trails from your door. The Yampa River Core Trail, connecting to downtown Steamboat and beyond, is also easily accessible.
During April 27 to July 1st, 2026, the elevator in Bear Lodge will be undergoing modernization, requiring stairs for access. Rates have been reduced to reflect this. Noise monitoring devices and security cameras exist on the exterior of the property to ensure security and guest honesty regarding property use. The property is strictly non-smoking, and violation of this policy is cause for immediate eviction without refund. No parties or gatherings are allowed without prior written approval. Occupancy by more than the number of guests listed in the booking is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate eviction without refund. Guests are responsible for the costs of additional housekeeping or maintenance services if the home is left in a state of abnormal or excessive disorder.
