This spacious home boasts 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. The master suite features a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in steam shower. The main floor includes a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a gas fireplace, a king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and access to the back decks, fire pit, and hot tub. The lower floor offers another king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a fourth bedroom with four custom-built twin bunk beds, along with a media room featuring a 75" TV and Bose soundbar. The entry level houses a 2-car private heated garage with ski locker room, boot/mitten warmer, a full-spectrum infrared sauna, a small gym, and laundry facilities. The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso Original with milk frother, a Kuerig-K Duo, and a coffee bean grinder, along with a beverage/wine fridge.
A 2-car private heated garage is available, with game tables on one side. If two cars need to be parked in the garage, the games can be moved. Additional parking is available in the driveway. Mountain Village is a beautifully orchestrated, planned community overflowing with charm and sophistication, offering a world-class ski resort experience. You can walk steps to the Lower Sundance ski run to start your day skiing or hiking. The free gondola from the Market Plaza to the Mountain Village core connects you to the gondola to Telluride, operating daily from 6:30 am to midnight (later in season). A "dial-a-ride" service is also available via an easy-to-use app for convenient transportation around Mountain Village. The market and gondola are a 1-2 minute drive or a 10-12 minute walk down the ski run.
No refunds for lift, gondola, or mountain closures. No smoking is permitted. Pets are permitted in properties designated as Pets OK. Occupancy is limited to the number of guests included in your reservation. No parties or events are allowed without prior approval.
