Renter beware
Expect to see fees at move out that exceed your security deposit. They will fail to provide you with your move out statement even if a valid forwarding address is provided. When they fail to do this they will threaten to send your account to collections all while saying that they must have dropped the ball and they don’t know what more you want them to do, when they failed to notify you with a statement that a balance was owed. If you value the ability to keep a good credit score this is not the... place for you because their failure will lead to an unwarranted mark on your credit. Very bad business practice, you should be ashamed and sometimes sorry is not enough.
