Price per room Includes access to common furnished basement areas including a kitchenette (w/ fridge, toaster oven, microwave, single induction burner); dining nook; living room; ¾ bath; patio space. All linens provided, though spaces and linens will be cleaned by tenants themselves.

Also included are most utilities--electricity, water, gas, trash, recycling, and fiber/high speed internet--but arrangement does not include phone or cable/satellite TV service.
Does not include laundry access, but residence is centrally located in Woodland Park, three blocks from laundromat, Memorial Park, and main street (Hwy 24). Uncovered parking available.
Disclaimer: Family of six live above so expect family noise. But basement common areas will be exclusive to basement tenants, and large outdoor patio with stone fireplace is shared with the family.
