Had a great experience at The Flats at Littlle Brook

The complex is modern and well maintained. The unit I had was very efficient with very reasonable utility bills. The maintenance team was responsive for the very few times I needed their assistance. Trash removal, landscaping, and snow removal I felt were all handled very well. Julie the lease manager was excellent, always available by phone, responsive on emails, and patient with answering questions. Had a great experience living there.
