Beautiful Newly Renovated Units / Under New Management

Since the management company took over, I've noticed a lot of upgrades to the building and services. They've completed some beautiful renovations on a few units and have plans to upgrade the lobby, hallways, and elevator too. Angel is the best super there is and is always there to help when needed. There is always a property manager on site who is able to answer any questions. It's only been a few months, but I see a huge difference already and am excited for the future.

BUGS ,INSECTAS,AND ROTTEN

This apartment building is (VERY BAD) because (THEY do not specify that the building does not have any open WINDOWS).The apartment smells like mold .The building smells like mold. The elevator is always Broken. MAINTENANCE do not like to come to do repairs.( The apartment have ALL type of BUG,INSECTS,ROTTEN INSIDE OF THEM ) and the property management know all about it. This building should BE condemned. NO ONE LIVES IN THIS Building long-term. (ALSO they always change property management,... management every 8month- 2 month a year) (They always have homeless people sleeping in the lobby.)

Beware

Renovated apartment but apparent rodent infestation. Shouldn’t be advertised as an upscale apartment with mice. Not worth it at the price.

Beautiful homes

Beautiful apartments! Located in a very convenient neighborhood. Close to everything! Apartments are huge!! If it was closer to my job I would move in however it’s not at the moment so the commute would be difficult but I’m happy I got the experience to view these beautiful homes.

Great Location, Very Helpful Property Manager.

At the heart of downtown Bridgeport, this apartment building is a walkable distance from the Bridgeport train station. Our unit was very, very spacious, which was a plus. When I had some issues during my time here, Lori, the property manager, was able to help get resolutions. Overall, I was pleased with my stay.
