The Mansions at Canyon Ridge

Have lived here for 3 years now and it’s the best apartment I have lived so far. Clean and beautiful homes. Located right next to a state forest. Excellent staff. Can’t find anything to complain. And most importantly all the luxury at a very affordable price.

My father-in-law lived in a 1 bd/1 ba garden style apartment with attached garage for 2 years in which I visited frequently. His unit had everything he needed, stainless steel appliances including microwave, washer and dryer in unit, fireplace, and a nice patio. This place was so peaceful, set-back from the main road, and the girl (in the office) treated him with the upmost respect and prompt service if he needed anything. My husband and I lived at Canyon Ridge for 1 year prior to moving out of the country. We had a great experience there and would live there again if we ever ended up back in this part of the country. The place was excellently maintained and the staff was wonderful. We had very few maintenance issues and the ones we did have were swiftly dealt with. The snow removal was handled very well. We would highly recommend living here.

I lived at Canyon Ridge for 3 years, one in a single, two in a double. I was a resident physician working at the nearby Baystate Medical Center. I knew 5 other physicians who lived here so I actually signed my lease over the phone without even looking at the place because they told me it was outstanding. It is very new so everything is in top condition; from big things like a nice pool, tennis and basketball courts, to small things like built-in-the-wall vacuum cleaners, in unit washers and… driers, fireplaces (seriously!), either a balcony or patio, it is the best place I have lived (after living in apartments for the past 9 years). It is in a random location which means there is not much to do around it, but it means it is pretty quiet, which was good for me personally. It is only 10-15 minutes to Enfield, CT, which had all my needs (barnes and nobles, target, chipotle, etc). It was also close to Longmeadow, which had Max Burger and Ume Sushi that I would frequent as well, and the basketball hall of fame had a few restaurants too. I would highly recommend this place if you want a very safe, very well maintained facility with nice amenities (pool, gym, tennis court, basketball), as long as you are OK with the price.
