Amazing Apartment Complex.

We recently went to look at a two Bedroom Apartment that would be available around September. We met with Leno and was completely in awe of this complex. It clean, friendly, safe and offers so much for renters. I can see why people don't move out. It is very hard to find an apartment complex with this type of atmosphere. Leno is such a wonderful asset to this Property. He knows everyone that lives there and is so accommodating. This is definitely a special place to live.

Best experience !

It’s been more than 4 years for us living in this beautiful apartment complex in Brookfield and not a single problem we faced here . All thanks to Leno who is a very capable, understanding and helping person who is managing this whole place . The amenities are in great condition and my kids always have a great time enjoying swimming pool and gym. The apartment complex is very peaceful and very well managed. Whenever we have any issue related to anything , Leno makes sure to resolve it as soon as… possible and to the utmost capacity. We love Towne Brook Commons !!

Great place to live

I have lived here for almost two years and I have had nothing short of an amazing experience. The community is great, grounds are always well maintained and beautiful. Leno and Carlos are quick to respond and fix any concern or problem. Also the area is perfect, close to everything you need and very safe.

Cozy experience

Wonderful experience living in Towne Brooke Commons. There's this warm and welcoming feel in this community and I'm glad I got to be part of it. Leno was fantastic in every aspect. This apt complex receives my highest recommendation.

Comfy and spacious apartment!

I had a wonderful experience living here. Leno and Carlos were always responsive to any problems. Never had any major issues. The apartment was spacious and I was very comfortable during my time here. Would recommend!
