The Bentley Apartments located in Downtown East Hartford has very affordable cute, small studios for rent at 15 & 23 Chapman Street. The Bentley is located just off Main Street in Downtown East Hartford next to the Town Green Park. We have two vintage studios for $885. We also have 2 cute corner unit 1 bedroom for just $1,050 a month with hardwood floors. If you're looking for a bargain you just found it!

Right around the corner from The Bentley is 52 & 56 Orchard Street Apartments. These are very large one beds ($1,250) with an open living room/dining room area, five closets throughout, plush carpeting, and a neat private back deck area off the kitchen. FREE heat/hw and one car parking included.

$50 application fee, no pets allowed, N evictions / eviction records verified through two screening sources. Applications will not meet approval criteria with unfavorable credit.

Loved the location

We loved the location close to Russell's and the gym. They remodeled the hallways and outside area and it looks great.

They DON'T clean the apartments.

When we checked out the apartment we were going to get, we found human hair in the bottom of the shower room and all over the sink in the bathroom. There was cat fur covering the bottom of the closets and right outside the front door to the apartment. We told the lady who showed up the apartment that this needed to get cleaned before we moved in, which when we did move in it was not cleaned up what so ever I have pictures to prove it as well. There are many tiles missing from the bathroom floor... and more keep coming up. The toilet in the bathroom has not been fixed either even though after we moved in I went to the office and told them about how the toilet keeps flushing. It has been over a month and nothing has been done. I've gone to the office and all she did was write the problems down on a sticky note. I never write bad reviews unless I have proof of what I'm saying is true, and I do, I have pictures.
