The Bentley Apartments are conveniently located just off Main Street in Downtown East Hartford next to the Town Green Park. The Bentley is a very clean and quiet building with new paint, new lighting, and brand new carpets in the hallways - you feel like you are in a boutique hotel when you are in the updated hallways. All units come with FREE heat and hot water plus one car off street parking space. Each unit has hardwood floors.

1 BEDS: We have two corner units 1 beds JUST GOT REDUCED TO $995 per month - one unit has new carpets, and the other unit has hardwood floors. These receive a lot of natural light and are a great value for the price.
STUDIOS: There are two gorgeous, 100% remodeled studios with quartz countertops and new white shaker cabinets JUST GOT REDUCED TO $975 & $1000. The tiled brand new bathrooms look sharp. There is a top floor corner unit that is outstanding for $1,000 - there is no one above you and you'll get a ton of natural light.

We also have a sunny and spacious 1 bed right around the corner from the Bentley at 66 Orchard Street. This is a 1st floor one bed with a huge living/dining room and a cool private back deck off the kitchen and it includes heat and hot water too. Extra large bedroom closets plus 2 other closets - this in my opinion is the best 1 bed for rent in East Hartford currently.

NOTE: $50 Non Refundable application fee, No pets allowed, No evictions / eviction records verified through two screening sources. Applications will not meet approval criteria with unfavorable credit.

Loved the location

We loved the location close to Russell's and the gym. They remodeled the hallways and outside area and it looks great.

They DON'T clean the apartments.

When we checked out the apartment we were going to get, we found human hair in the bottom of the shower room and all over the sink in the bathroom. There was cat fur covering the bottom of the closets and right outside the front door to the apartment. We told the lady who showed up the apartment that this needed to get cleaned before we moved in, which when we did move in it was not cleaned up what so ever I have pictures to prove it as well. There are many tiles missing from the bathroom floor... and more keep coming up. The toilet in the bathroom has not been fixed either even though after we moved in I went to the office and told them about how the toilet keeps flushing. It has been over a month and nothing has been done. I've gone to the office and all she did was write the problems down on a sticky note. I never write bad reviews unless I have proof of what I'm saying is true, and I do, I have pictures.
