Cheap/ugly and loud neighbors
I’ve been living here for two years now and I absolutely hate it. Heaters work whenever it feels like, during the winter season forget it, they do a crappy job cleaning the parking lot, you can literally hear everything your neighbors does, and theres only one maintenance guy to fix your issue, so if there’s anything that needs fixing, don’t count on it. Rent is so high for an outdated place. Don’t move here unless it’s your last resort! I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

We are a 100 unit complex and have been in business for more than 20 years. We have hundreds of satisfied tenants but unfortunately community living is not for everyone. We clean the parking lot & common grounds twice a week and provide free heat... & hot water in our rental units. Our units are large and are reasonably priced. Please always contact our property management office with any concerns.

Great!
I'm going on a year living here and I must say, I am very pleased. It's a really nice area, quiet, and the apartments are very roomy. Huge closets, a lot of cabinet space, pantry, and there's even a park right across the street! Perfect for the kids.
On a bigger plus side, every thing is so close by! From gas stations to food markets. Very convenient. I highly recommend these apartments. Also great for first timers!
