Do not rent from this company

Absolutely terrible experience with this property management company. Communication is nonexistent, and getting anything resolved is nearly impossible. I was left without heat during freezing temperatures, dealt with a months-long squirrel infestation, and had ongoing maintenance issues that were ignored.

After moving out, they failed to return my security deposit despite confirming it would be sent. After giving them more than enough time and patience, I am now forced to take further action... .

Do yourself a favor and think twice before renting from them.

Never heard back

Went for a tour and wanted to go forward with the process, but never hear anything back from anyone. Attempted to contact them and never got a reply from anyone. Decent house, but good luck getting a response from anyone after the initial tour.
