I found Red Tail to be the worst landlord I ever lived under. They were cheap, thoughtless, and just didn't act like they cared about tenants.

Thanks Living at Arbor Commons was a great experience. They made departing hassle free and was straight forward with the steps needed to complete prior to turning in the keys. Only left because I had the opportunity to live closer to family.

Great visit I showed up early and the office staff accommodated; let me walk around the apartment and answered all my questions. Very personable and easy to talk to--walked through the price and additional costs like heating and insurance policy. Apartment was very clean and everything looked ready to move in. Grounds appeared well maintained as well.
