Horrible property management

The women in the leasing office will only be pleasant with you when you are signing a lease, or touring a unit. After that, they are nothing but rude, standoffish and dismissive. They do not take accountability for any work orders or questions and push responsibility onto the next person. Anything to get you out of their hair ASAP so they can get back to taking personal phone calls and ignoring the office phone.
If you need to get any work orders done, it will take a minimum of a month. There is… no prioritizing of emergency services, and leasing will hold no qualms about leaving a tenate unable to use essential appliances for weeks at a time. Tenants should not have to feel uncomfortable reporting work orders that prevent them from carrying out day to day tasks, like having broken heat, air conditioning, inability to cook, or having access to hot water.
Snow removal is shoddy if it's even attempted, but don't worry, the lawn will be mowed every week.
The only upside to living here is that the rent is affordable due to proximity to the recreational airport, and cow farm.
There was a broken stair going into the basement that we reported several times, and that many individuals slipped and fell on, which resulted in minor injuries. This stair was not fixed for close to two months.
The location is nice, if you are comfortable living by small means.

Renters Beware!

I have had a horrible experience with Meadow Brook Apts. The neighbors are great and quiet, but the apartment is a mess. Our AC was broken when we moved in, holes in the walls, our oven broke and wasn't fixed for a MONTH, our hot water goes cold after 5 minutes, there is a very big mold problem with all the apartments (I've talked to other tenants), they came and painted over the mold in our bathroom. It is literally SO bad, covered 20% of the ceiling and started rotting it so the ceiling was… peeling down. All covered up with paint. They always have people coming without notice. There are couches and furniture left by the trash bins, which overfill every week, and there are dead cars sitting in the parking lot. The washer and dryers are VERY expensive to use. It snowed a foot this past week and they never came to shovel and plow so it all became ice and is very dangerous. When we moved in I didn't care about review because I tend to have good luck and wanted to save money... do not move in here. It has caused so many headaches.

Meadow Brook Apartments

I love it here! I have lived at Meadowbrook apartments for awhile now. I find the office staff and everyone else here to be very nice and on top of things. It is beautiful out here and everyone is very friendly. When ever I needed repairs to anything they have been right on top of it. Granted sometimes they may have to order things but once they get them the problem is taken care of. I have no complaints at all!

Horrible, Services! wonderful apartments.

It's gorgeous here, though the office employees and property manager are horrible! Tenants make maintenance request several times and nothing will get done unless you continue to make the same requests numerous of times and/or follow-up. The employees are "rarely" if ever available and "emergency on-call" services "forget it!" The employees here are a joke! Despite, it all it is a great place to live temporarily (2 to 3 years. 5 years max.)

If the services provided was good, this location… would recieve 4 stars. However, at this point and expirences it deserves 0 stars.
