Management Failure, Broken Promises, and Zero Accountability
I can no longer recommend living at Station 280. The experience here has been defined by a complete lack of professionalism, consistent management turnover, and a total disregard for the residents.
Communication is non-existent, and the leasing office is rarely staffed, making it impossible to get any support. Management frequently fails to honor their word—whether it’s regarding lease agreements or promised amenities. We were promised a pool over two years ago; not only was it not ready for... Memorial Day, but the current "access" is restricted to hours that make it unusable for any working professional.
To top it off, I am now facing significant, unexplained retroactive charges due to their own failure to bill correctly, despite my repeated attempts to resolve paperwork. The management here is clearly not interested in resident satisfaction. If you are looking for a place that is stable, communicative, or worth the high rent, look elsewhere. This property is failing by every standard.
