It's a safe, vibrant, and walkable area where everything you need is close by.
There is a separate rental unit located in the basement directly below the kitchen and laundry area, with its own private entrance and parking. Smoking/vaping is allowed in the garden, and there is an indoor smoking charge of $150. No outside shoes are allowed inside the house. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of noise levels during this time to ensure a peaceful environment for our other tenants and neighbors. Pets must be fully housebroken, kept away from the kitchen and balcony areas, and always cleaned up after, both inside and outside the property. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds and should not be left unsupervised; if left indoors, they must be crated and kept on the 3rd floor. If your pet sheds excessively, please vacuum to avoid an additional cleaning fee. Reasonable penalties may apply for rule violations, such as failure to clean up after your pet, damage to furniture/rugs, or noise disturbances affecting neighbors. No parties are allowed.
Street parking is allowed except Mon-Fri 11am-2pm - please check the sign. There’s also a big public parking lot on Sound View Ave. [SI]
