Disappointed
I lived at Greenwich Place for about 3 years. All was pretty normal while living there, but I was absolutely appalled by the move out process, especially during a pandemic. Even with communication, there was a lack of empathy and understanding, in addition to doing something downright wrong. They conveniently didn't show up at our designed final walk through, and then charged me a ton for the cleaning fee when I had cleaned top to bottom (including lysol wipes that were impossible to come by... those days), and then never followed through to explain it. I was very disappointed, and even with several phone calls and emails, they didn't even try to help. It seems finding any way to take all/most of security deposits is the norm. As a family of real estate brokers, I am sad to say I would not recommend living here.
